We are actively advancing the concept and design to respond to requests for the development of innovative dedicated machines!
KATAOKA Engine is continuously developing specialized machines that are at the forefront of their time. As a result, in the field of piston ring processing specialized machines, we have commercialized various specialized machines for turning, grinding, and polishing piston rings for various engines, including motorcycles, passenger cars, large trucks, and ultra-large ships, totaling 85 models. In terms of camshafts, we have developed six models of cam milling machines for camshafts used in passenger cars, trucks, generators, and ships, and we are moving forward to meet customer demands with ambitious development similar to that of piston rings. Additionally, based on the technology we have cultivated over many years, we have commercialized five models of turning machines for various non-metallic special sealing rings, continuing product development with a total of 96 models. Even now, we are actively advancing concepts and designs to respond to requests for innovative specialized machines based on medium- to long-term perspectives from various industries.
